1. Order Processing Time
- Each order is processed directly by the individual seller who listed the product.
- Sellers are responsible for updating product availability and processing time.
- Typical order processing time ranges from 1 to 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
2. Delivery Areas
- UrMarket supports delivery throughout Canada, with a focus on local deliveries within major cities, especially in Ontario.
- Sellers may specify serviceable delivery areas, and orders may not be fulfilled if the shipping address is outside the seller's delivery range.
- Local delivery tracking is supported in both the web and mobile applications.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are determined by the individual seller.
- Orders over $200 CAD within the same city qualify for free shipping from that seller.
- The final shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
- Any promotional or discounted shipping offers will be reflected before payment.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery times vary based on:
- Seller location
- Customer location
- Product availability
- Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days after order processing.
- Actual delivery times may vary and are the responsibility of the individual seller and their designated delivery personnel.
5. Missed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability:
- The delivery partner may attempt redelivery.
- The buyer may be responsible for any additional delivery charges.
- Continued failed deliveries may result in order cancellation and refund (subject to seller’s policy).
6. Tracking Orders
- Customers can track their order status in real-time through the UrMarket web and mobile apps.
- Tracking includes stages such as:
- Order Confirmed
- Packed
- Shipped
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
- Delivery details and driver contact information (if available) are shown in the tracking panel.
7. Delays and Exceptions
- UrMarket is not liable for delivery delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Logistics disruptions
- Seller-side issues
- Regulatory constraints or address errors
- However, our 24/7 customer support is available via live chat or support ticket to assist in resolving such issues promptly.
8. Delivery Partner Responsibilities
- Each seller manages their own delivery personnel through the integrated UrMarket Delivery App.
- Sellers are responsible for:
- Verifying the identity and conduct of their delivery agents
- Ensuring timely handover and secure delivery
- Managing failed or disputed deliveries
- UrMarket facilitates communication but does not directly control deliveries.
9. Packaging Standards
- Sellers are responsible for secure and appropriate packaging of their products.
- Packaging must protect products during transit and comply with legal and safety standards.
- Improper or damaged packaging complaints should be directed to the seller, but our support team will assist in dispute resolution.

- UrMarket does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and applicable privacy terms are available here.
- User verification is managed via Firebase Authentication, and customer data is stored securely until manually deleted by the user or upon request.
- Each product’s warranty, guarantee, and return/cancellation policies are fully managed and disclosed by the individual seller. Please review seller-specific terms before placing an order.
