Terms and Conditions

1. The marketplace

UrMarket is operated by UR APPS INC in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. These terms govern use of our website, apps and marketplace services. By using the services or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies presented with your purchase.

Independent sellers offer and sell their products through the platform. The seller identified on a listing or order is responsible for product descriptions, lawful sale, inventory, product quality, applicable warranties and fulfilment. UrMarket provides marketplace technology and support and does not manufacture seller products. These terms do not exclude responsibilities imposed on UrMarket by applicable law.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account, contact and delivery details, safeguard your login credentials, and report suspected unauthorized use. You must have legal capacity to enter the transaction. Age-restricted purchases have additional eligibility requirements. Do not impersonate another person, misuse promotions, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with security or use the service unlawfully.

3. Products, prices and orders

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other disclosed fees are presented before you confirm your purchase. Product descriptions, stock, availability and delivery coverage may change. Submitting an order does not guarantee seller acceptance or stock availability. We or the seller will notify you if an order cannot be fulfilled or requires correction; material changes require your agreement. Payments collected for cancelled or unfulfilled items will be refunded as applicable.

Checkout currently supports orders from one seller at a time. Orders from different stores may require separate checkouts, fees and fulfilment arrangements. Use only payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery is not offered.

4. Delivery, cancellation and returns

The Shipping and Delivery Policy and the seller's disclosed terms apply. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Request cancellations promptly; availability depends on processing status and your legal rights. Sellers determine product-specific return and warranty conditions and must disclose them before purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request assistance. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

5. Alcohol and restricted products

Alcohol is available only where the seller, delivery arrangement and destination permit the transaction. You and the recipient must meet the destination province's legal age and other requirements. Ontario alcohol orders are restricted to people aged 19 or older. A recipient must be present and provide valid, accepted identification for an alcohol delivery. Alcohol cannot be left unattended. Delivery may be refused if age or identity cannot be verified, the recipient appears intoxicated, or the handover would be unlawful. Do not order restricted products for an ineligible person. Any refusal, return or redelivery charge must be disclosed and applied consistently with applicable law.

6. Reviews, content and acceptable use

Submit only content you have the right to share. Reviews must reflect authentic experiences and must not contain unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, deceptive or privacy-infringing material. You allow UrMarket to display and moderate content you submit for operation of the marketplace. We may remove content or restrict accounts for misuse, fraud, safety or legal reasons, subject to applicable obligations.

7. Service and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to operate the platform but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Sellers and third-party service providers have their own responsibilities. Each party remains responsible to the extent required by law; no term excludes statutory guarantees, mandatory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Privacy, changes and contact

Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. Updates to these terms will show a revised effective date; material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, without displacing mandatory protections in your province or territory.
